WARNING:
Madl Manufacturing /Better Built Gate Operators, owned
and run by the Madl family, are not reputable
companies!! We had a custom entrance built on our
property. The gate was supposed to be high quality
powder coating. It turned out to be a cheap paint job
which began rusting two months after it was built. Derek
Madl, son of the owner James Madl, guaranteed the work
and promised to have it repainted. Month after month we
were given excuses on why he couldn’t come. He kept
saying, “We haven’t forgotten about you,” or he would
come “soon.” After a year of promises and no work done
we demanded action on our rusting gate. Our emails and
phone calls were then ignored. We had to pursue legal
action. Beware! Stay away from this company and the Madl
family. They are not honest.
